How to install your eSIM

Install before you travel. Your eSIM activates when you reach your destination and turn on data.

iPhone

iPhone XS and later · iOS 12.1+

Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add Cellular Plan.
Point your camera at the QR code from your email, or tap the link we sent you.
Tap Add Cellular Plan and follow the prompts. Label it (e.g. “Travel”) and choose to use it for cellular data.
Leave Data Roaming ON for your eSIM. Turn off your primary SIM's data roaming if you want to avoid charges.
When you arrive, turn on your eSIM plan in Settings → Cellular. Select it for cellular data.

Android

Most phones from 2019+ with eSIM support

Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (or Download a SIM instead).
Scan the QR code from your email, or tap the installation link we sent you.
Tap Add when prompted. Name your eSIM (e.g. “Travel”) and tap Done.
In SIMs, select your eSIM and turn on Use for mobile data. Enable Data roaming for this SIM.
When you arrive at your destination, ensure the eSIM is active and set as the data SIM.

Tips: Install while on Wi‑Fi. Keep your email with the QR code until setup is complete. If you have dual SIM, set your eSIM as the data line for your trip.
